KA WEE TEONG

Born and raised in Malaysia and recently graduated with a Bachelor of Art 3D Animation & VFX in New Zealand, Ka Wee Teong is a new indie filmmaker with over nine years of experience creating visual content across cinematic vlogs, YouTube series, music videos, short films, documentaries, and commercials.

Since the beginning of his creative journey, WEE has primarily worked as a solo creator. From planning to directing, filming, and editing, He did most of his projects independently. Over the years, he has produced more than 300 videos, developing a versatile, hands-on skill set shaped by self-driven production and real-world experience.

Working across multiple genres and formats has allowed him to adapt quickly, tell stories efficiently, and maintain a strong and consistent visual identity.

Today, WEE is pursuing opportunities in film, television, and commercial production, seeking to collaborate with creative teams, expand his craft, and contribute to meaningful, story-driven projects.
